生产工艺及产品特点:
l普通型硅酸铝纤维棉,以硬质粘土熟料为原料,经电阻炉熔融,喷吹或甩丝成纤工艺生产而成。
l高纯型、高铝型硅酸铝纤维棉,经高纯氧化铝硅石粉合成料为原料。经电阻炉熔融,喷吹或甩丝成纤工艺生产而成。
l含锆型硅酸铝纤维棉,以高纯氧化铝硅石粉及锆英纱合成为原料,经电阻炉熔融,喷吹或甩丝成纤工艺生产而成。
Producing Technology
l Com Swinging Fibre ,adopting Flint Clay as the material, melted by Resistance Furnace,is prlduced by swinging technology.
l HP, HA Swinging Fibre, adopting HP Alumina, Silica Powder as the material,material by Resistance Furnace, is prlduced by swinging technology.
l HZ Swinging Fibre, adopting HP Alumina, Silica Powder,Zirconia, as the material, melted by Resisance Furance, blowing or swinging, is produced by seinging technology.
甩丝纤维棉特点:
l甩丝纤维长,渣球含量低、低非纤维物质含量,未经处理的甩丝成纤工艺生产的长纤维,是高温窑炉加热装置壁衬缝隙填充材料,而且优良的可纺性是纺织品的原料。
